What we do:

  • We prepare and submit all documents, follow up with organizers, and secure the best possible booth location.
  • Stand logistics – from shipment to setup.
  • We receive your samples and booth materials, organize customs clearance if needed, and deliver everything to the fairground.
  • Whether your booth is modular or custom-made – we assemble it on time, dismantle it afterward, and handle any on-site issues.
  • Hotel and local transport coordination.
  • From hotel bookings to daily shuttle runs – we ensure your team gets to the fair on time and back without stress.
  • Add-on services: Hostess staffing, interpreters & print materials.
  • Need support staff, brochures, or last-minute flyers? We can arrange all of it locally in Germany or print before the fair.

We take care of everything: application, booth allocation, material handling, setup and teardown, hotel and local logistics. Add-ons like interpreter support or printed materials can be booked as needed. 

That’s up to you. We can manage your booth with our trained team, act as your on-site representatives, or prepare everything so your team can simply arrive and take over. 

Yes, if needed. We can register your booth under one of our European-owned labels – a great option for first-timers or when formal requirements are hard to meet. 

Pricing depends on the trade fair, booth size, materials involved, and your location. A refundable down payment is required before application. Details are outlined in a separate agreement.
